Email Software Program

I need to send out bulk emails up to 10,000 at a time that can communicate with a database to pull merged information. I will be sending out html and text emails. The program needs to be able to query to pull information from various tables to populate the email. You can either provide a program or provide the code with GOOD COMMENTS so that we can change whatever is needed for each campaign.
