334925 ASP contact form

Hi, i have a site that has been built using ASP. My contact page has a contact form which customers fill out in order to contact me. I need someone to add a "News Letter Signup" check box to the bottom of my contact form [ ] - Sign me up to the News Letter If the checkbox is ticked, i want the details in the form to be recorded into a database. I would then like the option to export the database into a CSV or an Excel file so that i can send all of the people a News Letter each month I am open to suggestions but please bid sensibly, thanks
