Client Referral Program Must: Be in ASP. Run on shared Windows 2003 environment. Use MySql as backend. Use Jmail for E-mail. Have custom fields export feature. Have admin backend. Have user backend. Have user frontend. Blend into existing site. Admin backend: Customize referral page including fields and required fields. Send emails to referring people. Send emails to referred people. Look at pending referrals. Validate referrals. Accounting option including ROI and income VS payout. Ability to change types of coupons offered, including validity period, amount, terms, looks. Ability to set referral due expiration date per person or in total. Create canned e-mail for use with referrals. Ability to disable users with reason coding. User backend: Track referral status. Enter new referrals, with unique email generated to referred person with trackable link. Send e-mails to referred people with follow up (using canned emails). Generate coupons for use by referred person, each containing unique, trackable ID.. Request payment check. Able to have custom URL ([login to view URL] with either name or ID, which will redirect to a page asking visitor for information, then generating a coupon for them tied into users account. User frontend: Nice signup page enticing signup and enforcing ease of use. Other: Due payments for referrals will need to auto expire if not requested within time set in admin panel. Sent e-mail will need to have hidden images so they can be tracked, if read or not. Referring people will need to confirm email address on signup. ALL emails must contain Unsubscribe & blacklist option tied into backend. System must be able to check for duplicate names & emails. If you have marketing skills, it's a definate plus.
