Challenge: Implement a way to automatically reverse engineer any Windows application

If you are one of the best assembly programmers there is, I give you a 50% chance that you will succeed with this project. To reduce your risk, you may propose to break this project into steps, so you will get paid after each milestone is reached. As you can read out of my profile, I am very fair employer. For this task I am prepared to compensate you if you did decent work, but the task proved to be impossible. If you bid on this project, I will consider your profile and see whether I am willing to provide you with the details of the method I intend you to utilize for solving this project. The method will be a rough draft, which you need to finalize. Essentially the project is about working out the memory structure for any Windows application. This means that it should work for things like C++ applications, but also weird things like Flash Applications, Java Applications and .Net applications. Your application should not work out all the details, but just enough to solve the scope of this project. In order to bid, please provide any hard evidence on reverse engineering experience if you have any.
