Determine bottleneck(s) for Azure Web App page

Hi, I am an MS certified Azure architect with over 6 years of experience in Azure and a total of 13 years of experience in MS Tech stack. I have done performance tuning for many of my websites in Azure. Since, you have mentioned the performance drop is sporadic, first thing you can look at is the website is turned always on if you haven't tried that already. The key is to identify which part or component is slow and as a first, I will be adding logs to all components and then we can optimise accordingly. I should also add in some cases, when you have tried everything, the only option left is to contact MS. I have had experiences where one of the Azure service was slow (APIM) and it started working fine after MS intervened. Regards, RJ
