Architectural Concept Development

I am looking for an architectural concept to be drafted for a proposed development in North India. The land to be built on is a rectangle - 107'(E/W)x210'(N/S). The allowed structure would leave 15' from each side and be located on the north half of the property. It would have access on the south side to a major roadway. The allowable build area is about 73' (E/W) and 120' (N/S) - 8760 sq ft. The building would have a semi-under-ground floor for parking/retail (5 feet below street level). The remaining floors would be Ground -1-2-3 for retail with a food court/kids entertainment on 3; and floors 4 & 5 would be a boutique hotel with dedicated separate access with an option for a large conference hall on the attic/6th floor. We are looking to build a concept that would efficiently marry a retail / entertainment and hotel opportunity. It should have a modern but functional look (allow to highlight store brands on the front face of the building) and utilize energy-efficient design for hot (30 C +) and cold climate (-5C). We are looking to short-list architects virtually based on the initial concept drawings to work with local on the ground engineers.
