We're looking for a highly-skilled, CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR FOR PLUMBING CONTRACT WORK with extensive experience with U.S.-based companies. REQUIREMENTS: + Have degree in Engineering or Construction Management or Professional Estimator License + Have extensive experience estimating Costs (MATERIAL, LABOR, WASTE, DISPOSAL, SUBCONTRACTING SERVICES, ETC) for PLUMBING jobs in USA construction projects + Ability to read construction documents to include: Blueprints, renderings, schematics, design development drawings, construction permit sets, elevations, mock-ups, details, proposal specifications. + Be able to use local material pricing in the DETROIT, MICHIGAN area + Prepare estimates for projects from $20,000 to multi-million-dollar projects + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. + Have quick, 2 to 4 day turnaround in developing the Estimates + Provide company references of work done in the USA. + Budget is $45 per bid estimate +Be able to work continuously on a steady stream of daily/weekly bids
