I'm searching for a designer for a backyard project which includes outdoor fireplace, pergola, concrete swimming pool and possibly jacuzzi.

All construction projects require a comprehensive plan. Mine is only conceptualized with difficulties and challenges with the confines of HOA setbacks and easements. The project area is not large compared to previous residential properties and have never needed to work within HOA restrictions until now. I am capable of flatwork, pergola and fireplace construction. Construction of pool/pool components and electrical to be contracted. 1. Site Plan is lot 109 2.. Pergola and fireplace to limit/restrict view of apartments at SW. 3. I do not desire to install a perimeter fence: preference is to utilize tempered glass along pool toward the pond to meet codes, utilizing fireplace and required fencing at left and right of project area 4. Per HOA, fireplace and pergola cannot exceed 10'. 5. Per HOA, ".... a variance to the setback guidelines or private easement may be considered and or required by the Committee in its sole discretion pending evaluation of the home and site plan..." This information is provided due to the angle restriction at the SW area - preference is to utilize housing structure in straight line on east side. 6. Elevation at 17 feet away from structure is approximately 17 inches below grade of patio.
