autobidders generally have no style, no reviews, no class, WHY DO YOU SELECT THEM. JUST because THEY are GENERALLY CHEAP/LESS EXPENSIVE. pmb is there to discuss, we waste our time in thousands of mock up , you waste the time on autobidders, select the right candidates, discuss the project and choose the winner. But I request you dont wats out time by these kind of projects.

And it also proves that there are webmasters with entirely too much time on their hands. Get busy making some money and stop wasting our time.

Hi, u'r cool man... I still laughing after I saw the bidder's list. YOOO... If you look closer, you will see they are very organized. They are like mafia, you know. Please, look to their reviews. You will see a lot of reviews posted by projects creators who apear and disapear in a few days. And jump to conclusion... a lot of their reviews are fakes. Posted there by friends or any other from their group. Check the IPs and you will have the real image about this I catch you morrons!!!

I concur. I have seen some of the silliest pricing. There are, however, some of us still here that are real.

Two things - I personally use a "Boilerplate" bid" that includes my portfolio information and a Sincerely, ______ kind of thing, though I make it a point to respond personally to each project description. It's won me most of my bids here - every client I've ever worked with has said "Thank God you didn't put in a robot response!" But at the same time, the "we can do it" people have 10 times the ten-star ratings that I do. What does that tell you about the BUYERS? They fall for it. It's efficient to do what the wecandoit bid folks do. They don't spent 20 minutes on each proposal and they win a ton of projects. If it didn't pay off, they wouldn't do it. Unfortunately a lot of buyers don't know how to pick quality service providers and love the mindless lowballers, thinking they're getting a great deal..... This site totally needs a message board or community or something. Anyway, yeah, you're right, but how to combat it on a widespread scale? I dunno. Andrea.

Your absolutely right. I have a pulse and I log on every morning to read the projects and choose which ones I would like to work on. Some are a bit outrageous, and some are scams (one site asked prospective designers to click on a link that took you to a page that loads spyware on your computer). Thanks.

I for one don't think it's a waste of time. There are obviously problems at this sight and no forum board is provided. The people who operate this site don't seem to give a damn about the constant violations of their own TOS or the concerns of legitimate providers. Maybe one post like this doesn't do much, but there have been several lately. People are beginning to speak up, and I support their efforts. We need a bigger, collective voice.... Or we can all just quit this site. There are more and more freelance sites popping up everyday, at least partly in response to the type of problems that exist here. To those who think this is wasting their time or make childish comments... they are either the ones causing the problems directly or indirectly, or they just don't care that these people devalue our industry. THEY are the ones wasting all of OUR time.
