Here's the project: I have a .net/C# application that is causing an error. I need someone to identify this error, tell me why it's happening then help me fix it! I know there is a wizard to do most of this.. just need a little help building a AIP file 1. Installer checks to see if .NET 3.5 is installed. If not it starts the install process. 2. Installer Launches application after setup. 3. All the other basic install info like install location, start menu, desktop links..etc.

It means you should set a permission for non-administrator user level for this required .dll file. This can be set from the setup process. I recommend you to use InnoSetup (I will create it for you which will cover these 3 additional tasks). This will need a few hours only, if you could provide me all required exe and dll files. That's it. If you agree I could start it now and give the complete setup within 2 - 3 hours only.

I have a good expirience in develop/debugging .NET applications with COM interops (last projects was .NET Windows Service + Adobe Illustrator component, .NET Windows Forms + Shockwave Flash, .NET Windows Forms + Direct Show filters). I'm too recommending you Inno Setup, and can create an installer script with you requirements.
