Build an installer

Hello, I built a few custom installers with custom forms on Inno Setup including integration with C++ dll, for example, to show HTML website in Internet Explorer ActiveX browser control during installation etc. You can look on my portfolio here too. My friend built and is supporting custom NSIS installer for multimedia player CherryPlayer. Do you need installer on Inno Setup or NSIS? Also it is possible to build unique installer with perfect user interface on Qt framework (C++/QML). But like installer will be bigger in size compare to Inno Setup/NSIS.
