If you are able to provide a clear description of the conditions which drive the water valve, I can create this block for you today or tomorrow. I need clarification as to what you are requesting for the PID control. Why not just control the valve based on the level? What do you want to do with the flow and steam flows? Do you have a drawing of your process?

Dear sirs I can do your project using RSLogix 5000 V24 or V26 I'll do a program using FBD and send it in L5X format with the alternatives you need. (selection between three element or single element and manual/auto) In my profile you can see a sample of a program in FBD using the PIDE function with manual handling option.
