Hi I can create this project for you I have done a similar project in the past, we just need to define some rules

- It is not clear what kind of image-text to make OCR. Planning to use Tesseract for recognition. If text is handwritten I will need some data for training purposes, and delivery time increase if that happens. - It is not clear if always same part of the screen will be captured. - It is not clear if image is a captcha style or not. Which makes things pretty hard. Planning a single EXE file with some OCR files included and a DLL. Planning to use Delphi for development. Planning to use SQLite3 as a database platform for saving ID details and notes.
