genetic optimization for trading engine

add genetic optimization to trading engine.

Trading engine may be converted from c++ to c#

I assume the coder will write app that will call the existing trading engine,

supply it with parameters and the trading engine will return fitness.

This job may be done hourly or fixed price

random seed should have option so its not truly random.

This would give the same results every time.

inputs are generations, pop size, mutation rate (0.05) cross over rate (0.9)

software should choose correct defaults for population size and generations.
