Require messages to be created based on ISO 20022 v2 format. The program will need to be created in C# and will need a web based interface that will allow the entry of a number of fields (to be confirmed later but to include amount, beneficiary details, payment reference details and bank account number etc) so that the software can generate the xml file.
The programmer we choose will also have a choice of working on similar projects for MT103, crg paymul and BACS standard messages (we have instruction pdf files for all of these standards) which we require immediately aswell.
Will provide the HSBC iso20022 message implementation guide to those interested to view it.
Will require the following payment types:
*) Inter account transfer
*) High Value Payment (HV) - Priority wire payments (which can be cross-border payments or domestic wire payments)
*) Low Value Payment (LV) - Domestic ACH payment
*) SEPA - Single Euro Payments Area
*)Faster Payments (FP) - same day payments for the UK only
