Good afternoon, I speak fluent English and I have a phone line available to take incoming calls. I have a laptop and a reliable internet connection. I can handle the live, online customer service role as well as the phone line, providing you give me a little more information on the service you provide to your customers. I can also post information on the forums for you. I have 3 years experience handling calls and data so this won't be a problem. I am happy to fulfil this job role, however, I do require more information. I am based in the Egypt and I charge 7$ per hour, so you need to give me the hours you would like me to work so we can come to an arrangement for payment.
