Angel writer needed for writing a businessbook

This job post is for an angel writer who could take our client’s interviews for every chapter and correctly understand their ideas, message, and stories and write the book on their behalf in their voice. I got a client who is interested in publishing a book with us. I'd asked him to fill out a form which can help you to understand this book idea. Below are all of his answers: Q1. Tell us briefly about your book idea. A. About unlocking creative potential in the service of driving business results by replacing the one thing that is holding everyone back - the hierarchical organizational model. Hierarchies can emotionally whipsaw employees between jerk bosses and great bosses. A jerk boss with appointed positional power can do great harm in a short amount of time, undoing years of good work by a great boss. Employees are pigeon holed in to roles and titles that cleave off large portions of the value they could provide, if only given the choice. How your book is different from other books on the same topic? A. I have five years of applied research which mean five years of data, five years of experience, and five years ironing out the kinks. I also have third party analysis that shows this model produces engagement scores 20 points higher than average (90 versus 70). So while these authors write about networked models, I have seen the matrix on how to make them actually work. Q6. Do you also want to include your personal stories/ experiences in your book? A. Yes. I have many educational anecdotes. Q7. What are your expectations with your Angel Writer? A. I'm looking for someone to help me amplify the inspiration this model generates to spark a conversation about how there is a new way to think about creating value. I need someone who can help me flesh this work out and keep the thread of inspiration alive throughout. Some of this material can be a bit dull and I need help making it fun and engaging. Q8.
