A quick learner. I don't have the time to explain you every detail. I give you general guidelines about the work and you must figure out yourself how things work and how to solve a problem. This is very important. I have other workers that can't work like that, they need detailed instructions for every single work step. I need someone who understands the work quickly and is able to make his own decisions in order to get the work done. Someone who may also supervise other workers below him. If I give you work then I expect that it gets done so I don't have to worry about it anymore. I need you to take work off my shoulders and not causing me work work. * Previous experience welcome but not mandatory in the fields: keyword research, online marketing, SEO, Web 2.0, link building, article writing, web site design, data entry, virtual assistant, secretary.
