Clickbank sales page and website

I discovered a project similar to the one I want done already on GAF, so I've modified and editted it to my requirements. Many thanks to the original provider who wrote the project description, kineticred [login to view URL] I need a complete sales page for a training video, which will be sold through Clickbank. I need the following done in this project: - Sales copy for a one-page pitch-site: requires someone with good command of English as well as good background in sales copy writing. The writing has to be such that it not only presents the training video well but that it actually compels the reader to purchase the product. I will send you a short list of pages I like if you request it via PM. This is NOT your normal copy writing or article re-writing job, so please only providers with proven relevant sales and marketing knowledge reply! Content has to follow Clickbank’s rules (i.e. money back guarantee statement etc.) This sales page should have at least 5 written testimonials. - DVD/CDrom Software cover design: professional looking 3D cover on white background, possibly with a slight shadow. I will need it in several sizes, so the best will be to do it as vector (.ai) file. This cover, the site’s design and the advertising creatives (see below) have to represent the same ‘brand’. - HTML Site design for a one-page pitch-site: site design, including the page header, order button, background and other design elements (i.e. footer with copyright notice, privacy notice etc.) has to match the training video cover. The design has to follow Clickbank rules. The above sales copy (AFTER it has been approved!) is to be incorporated into the design. The final product has to look professional but not fancy or distracting: the goal is NOT to win a design award; the goal is to SELL the product! - Advertising creatives: 468 x 60 full size banners, 125x125 square, 120 x 600 skyscraper; banners have to abide by Google’s guidelines for Adwords for images (I can give you those if you need). I also need an afilliate support page which will have the ad banners I need to see the above works in stages so we can discuss and make amendments early as we move along. No point giving me only a finished product which I may not like – communication is important to avoid frustration. I have sales page graphics resources if you need them. Please let me know if you need them. An effective sales page has "P.S", "P.P.S", "money back guarantee" and "additional bonuses". I will require all of these in the sales page. I will release escrow as soon as clickbank approves the site. If you have never written a sales page, don't bother bidding on this project. I want experienced copyrighters who know what they are doing and have done this before. Feel free to include URL of previous work in your bid.
