Kalidy Kia :30 commercial and 1 concept

We need a 30 sec commercial written for a local Kia car dealership. The overall concept for the dealearship is that the owner has befriended a bigfoot in the woods and they have become friends and now the bigfoot lives at the dealership. Our bigfoot is named Kal and he can communicate through growls, but he doesn't talk. We are looking to do one :30 a month for the rest of 2019. The spot we would like you to write for us at this time is one where Kal, the bigfoot, has purchased a hot tub and is playing with his rubber ducky. He is told that he can't have a hot tub in the dealership so he is disappointed and stands up. Upon standing to towel off, we see that he has a yellow speedo on. In this thirty second spot, we will need to leave 10 seconds for a narrator to say the car offer. Example: "Lease a 2019 Kia Soul automatic base model for as low as $98 per month and drive it home with a 10 year, 100,000 mile warrenty." Because we are looking to have somebody work on a continues basis to help with the rest of the spots throughout the year, we would also like for you to come up with at least one other idea (not the copy) for a second spot. In other words, what will Kal do next.
