I need a simple Windows Desktop application creating . It will basically be a desktop icon and when launched is a input form that lets the user enter required information to certain questions that are displayed on the form. The information is then stored in a remote location on a server share on the local network. If possible the app will then send an alert email and network message to a pre defined email and username/pc. The server share, multiple emails and pc names would need to be stored in a config file located on the local server. Your thoughts and estimated cost would be appreciated. Ade
