I have an existing ASP.NET project done by others. I know nothing about CSS. I need to add a drop-down menu item to the menu bar. I don't know how to do it. See screenshot attached. I cut down my project and removed everything irrelevant, and produced a mini runnable ASP.NET MVC project. I have attached it. You will add the menu item in this project then send it back to me. If you are good at CSS it should be a 5-minute job for you.
