Replicate or re-build a script for me

I'm looking for someone to copy / replicate a function from a website. It’s a “Headline Generator / Title Maker”. You'd essentially be copying/replicating a script, including the API being used (or similar), then packaging the code up for me to embed in my own website. I’ll provide a link to the tool for you to look at of course. Ideally I’d also like you do some minor CSS work to make the finished code render in my site with my site’s styling (I only want very simple plain styling, so nothing like the page we are copying). Fonts and colour codes will be provided. I’d also need some slight modification of the resulting actions (and the copy displayed) when a response is generated by the script - i.e. on the site we’re referencing, when a new headline/title is generated, several “tips” are displayed around the fields (info on what to do to make the user’s content perform better) - I’d be looking to do the same, but with the “tips” copy being replaced with my own copy (to be provided), and the styling also modified to match my site as per above. If this is something you are able to do, please let me know the hours needed to complete, and the cost to deliver this. Thanks
