D3 Interactive Adjacency Matrix Visualization - open to bidding

Develop an interactive adjacency matrix visualization with D3.js The data is a network graph (ie. think of links between colleagues) which also has a hierarchical structure (ie. like location in continent-country-city). With the full matrix displayed hovering over a cell will show (edge) attributes, hovering over a row or column name will show (node) attributes. The user must be able select a section of the detailed matrix which can then be zoomed. The full matrix must be able to collapse to a courser matrix per each level of the hierarchy with an action by the user and vice versa. The collapsed versions of the matrix are aggregated and should show edge counts (number of connections) by a color in the cells.
