POSITION SUMMARY: Pro Disposal is seeking a qualified candidate to provide administrative support to office personnel answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling orders, generating standard reports and producing emails PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for ensuring the proper and accurate processing of daily tasks through the office manager. The individual needs to exhibit a commitment to excellence and foster initiative, adaptability, and teamwork. Individuals may be cross-trained in various areas to maximize workforce flexibility. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Ability to produce required administrative reports and emails •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) •Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers •Strong organizational skills •Strong ethics and the ability to keep information confidential •Excellent attention to detail. •Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. •Respond effectively and courteously to customer service inquiries, requests or complaints. Return all customer calls in a timely manner •Notify the appropriate management to handle customer's problems and concerns •Review daily reports with Office Manager/Dispatch •Work closely with dispatch to ensure quality assurance
