Hindi Data entry (OCR) to text typing

We have books on Yog/Ayurved in Hindi that need conversion to editable file. I am posting image of two pages. You can use OCR and then manual checking or typing and manual checking. The output text should match the source file in terms of formatting & punctuation. *******You have to check the book after typing to make sure that text is clean ****** First book is 250 pages (128 images of 2 pages laid out on 2 columns) I am willing to pay this: Rs. 10 per page. An additional Rs. 5 / per page will be paid if the average number of mistakes are less than 1/page - so total of Rs. 15/page. The content should be Unicode UTF-8 OR ITRANS. You may use Google Online Transliteration or Open Office for typing. Please submit samples of one of two pages for a valid bid. The freelance awarded the contract will be asked to follow this procedure: 1. Provide an estimate of the time schedule 2. Submit the work every 25 pages so we can check it and give feedback 3.
