We have an opening for a Billing Clerk who is excited to work with technology and is looking to establish oneself within a growing and evolving organization for the long-term. Desired candidate is one who is highly customer-service oriented, thrives in fast paced environment, have strong admin skills, organized and has a team-oriented and positive attitude. Description:  Handles maintenance billing for accounts that have copiers under contract. Keeping up with entering new contracts, collecting meters, and billing in software system.  Job Duties: • Entering new contracts in the Miracle Software System • Collecting meters via Print Audit  • Customer Service for customer questions in regards to maintenance billing Updating Master Contracts  Maintenance Billing as per contract specifications (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) Scanning of Maintenance Documentation  Skills: • Attention to detail • Positive attitude  • Organized • Initiative Critical thinking  Enjoys a high paced environment Good written and communication skills Excel/Word/Outlook
