I'd like to order rewriting of data from CEIDG base of companies ([login to view URL]) into Excel document. The columns in excel according to the attachment. Search criteria: in a field "Voivodeship" we insert "ŁÓDZKIE" and in the field " Type of activity (PKD code) " eg. 24.10.Z All of the required codes are listed in the attached file, in the pleat "PKD" . How to use the CEIDG Website: Once the list of companies appeares, we click on the magnifying glass (on the right side) and we copy following informations: Type of major activity, Entrepreneur’s firm name, Entrepreneur’s first name, Entrepreneur’s last name, Address of the principal place of economic activity, E-mail, Website address. Each and every found company shall apear in the list ONLY ONCE!
