Find Chinese Manufacturer

We are looking for a good researcher who is living in China, who speaks good English and can find us a suitable manufacturer. We need to find a Chinese manufacturer who can provide and work with strong but light, inflatable materials. The product we are developing is a safety device so high quality is required. They need to be ISO 9001 compliant or willing to become compliant for the term of their making our product. The product needs to be inflated to high pressures and become rigid (around 20psi). The material needs to prevent puncture from things like sharp pens and pencils being jabbed into it. The material needs to be nice to touch and come in nice colours. You will need to find some manufacturers who could provide the material, cut and shape it, weld it, add attachments like a tube for inflating it and make the product. You will need to talk to the manufacturers, explain the requirements in great detail and act in our best interests. The manufacturers will need to supply samples of the materials they will use and will need to show that they can do the work. We will need them to produce prototypes as well as be able to mass produce.
