I am an Oracle DBA with several years experience, and my strong points are schema design, normalisation and capacity planning. The latter won't be an issue for you, unless you wish to extend the project to that. I will need access to whatever documentation you have that will be relevant to the project. I should be able to send you a document detailing the schema, each table, with all the columns, primary keys, and foreign keys indicating the relevant relationships between tables, as well as indices. SQL code to create tablespaces, tables and indices would not be part of this project unless agreed at an extra charge.
