Pickup or Deliver Something

I need someone to go to my University and apply for a transcripts. My university is located in Trivandrum, India-Kerala. The name of my university is Kerala University. Note that I have transcripts attached but not in good quality. This is the reason I require new transcripts. I am also attaching you the PDF of the file which you have to provide it in the university for applying. Things to be done: 1. Print the file PDF - 1 in legal paper. 2. Submit it in Kerala University. 3. Collect it from university. 4. Color scan it in high quality (above 300 dpi) and send it to me via e-mail and then send its hard copy to my address in Doha-Qatar.
