terraform - two simple adds

These are the steps trying to add to [login to view URL]

provsioner "file" {

source = "[login to view URL]"

destination = ""/tmp/[login to view URL]"

}

provisioner "remote-exec" {

inline = [

"touch /tmp/[login to view URL]"

]

}

}

says Blocks of Type "provisioner are not expected here"

This should be a short help and need this in two hours can you help me before then?
