Magneto website Implementation needed (from PSDs)

We need to implement a website on Magento. The designs have been already approved. I will provide final PSD files. Website features required: 1. [login to view URL] and Wells Fargo for payments. 2. Affiliates and track affiliates commissions. We are planning on using the following extension “as it is” so please include cost of the extension on your proposal: [login to view URL] 3. Everything must be optimized and linked to google analytics and adwords, SEO, and mobile. 4. We have a wordpress blog linked to our current website and would like that to remain linked (with all analytic tracking intact). It was designed to look like the current site so this would need to be updated to the look of the new look. I will provide PSD designs for blog as well. 5. Implement a pop-up box so we can capture names & email addresses for newsletter sign up. 6. We will be selling: a) 4 Products (2 different sizes and prices), b) 12 Coaching/personal training sessions, detoxes etc. c) 1 Book. d) Ability to add new products/services as required 7. The website must be Responsive for mobile devices, iPhones and tablets. 8. Integration of USPS real time shipping calculation 9. Background video on home page (main top section). Some lines of text (slogans) will rotate on this section. 10. Other pages required: Home, About us, Affiliates, Blog, Contact, FAQs, Terms, Privacy and Team. 11. Rotating testimonials section on home page. 12. Social media (links integration). 13. The Website needs to be optimized for all the most commonly used browsers (Chrome, Safari, IE and Firefox) both for Mac and PC. 14. 30 or more days free after sale support in case of any bug/error. Optional (Please include cost for this feature separately): 1. Can you also create a "recurring order" tab in the drop down menu for each product? This is like a subscription to get a bag of the product charged and shipped automatically each month (or whatever time frame we choose) and we give a discount or free shipping. On [login to view URL] (ecommerce software we used before ) we had to create a completely separate SKU for recurring which really made inventory a mess since they were both pulling from the same inventory of bags but accounted for separately. Not fun. Having it just as a choice within the item page would be great.
