Create Two circuit boards capable of these two functions (24V DC power for the Stepper Motors) (1) Mode 1 Design Two Identical PCB boards that operate stepper two motors to operate in Synchronization operated by wireless remote control to rotate both motors; I. CW at 3 speeds; low, Medium and high speed II. CCW at 3 speeds; low, Medium and high speed Both Board communicate wireless to stay in Synchronization. (2) Mode 2 Design Two Identical PCB boards that operate stepper two motors to operate in Synchronization operated by wireless remote control to rotate both motors; I. Back and forth i.e. 60 deg CW & 60 deg CCW at 3 speeds; low, Medium and high speed Both Board communicate wireless to stay in Synchronization. (3) Mode 3 Mode 3 has cameras installed. Install cameras that trigger stepper motors and move motor CW or CCW depending on to movement of obstacle Left or right. Build & test prototype. Prototype Design (Testing 2 Nema 23 Stepper Motors for both Modes) PCB design 200 Firmware programming. 150 Soldering, chip 250 Parts (2 Nema 23 Motors, 2 Motor controllers, chips and micro cameras & 2 Remoter control) 250 Shipping 150 Total 1000 Deliverable 1. 2 Professional made similar PCB Boards 2. 2 similar remote controls. Each with 8 buttons i. On/Off ii. Mode1 iii. Mode2 iv. Mode3 v. Low speed Only (mode1 & mode2) vi. Medium speed only (mode1 & mode2) vii. High speed only (mode1 & mode2) viii. CW/CCW only for mode1 3. 2 Nema 23 Stepper Motors 4. 2 Motor drivers unless divers are inbuilt on board I will pay with (removed by Freelancer staff, ONLY Milestone Payment is the allowed mode of payment) or freelancer method when the prototype gets delivered. Mode 1 testing: The prototype should run the two stepper motors perfectly in synchronization at all the three speeds. Mode 2 testing: The prototype should run the two stepper motors perfectly in synchronization at all the three speeds. Mode 3 testing: The prototype motors should be able to detect obstacle coming left and run CW or obstacle right and turn CCW. The response of motion should be variable.
