your solenoid valve has an intermittent fault or your water pressure drops to low. If you answer some questions I can help you out more.

could be your solenoid valve failed, the water pressure is too low. in order to troubleshoot the system you need to provide the following information: 1. the shower specification 2. the electrical diagram of the shower from the product manual or I can research it on the internet with the brand and model number or a picture of the unit you will need to have a multitester to troubleshoot the unit with the measurements of voltage and resistance and continuity.
