Circuit / PCB Design Manager

We are seeking a new lead engineer to replace our existing Circuit Board Designer. This project will be ongoing and you will be involved in the final PCB design, IC design, iterations, and possibly manufacturing sourcing. For the most part, it is a relatively simple DC controller with PWM variable voltage output selected by the user in a very small form factor (12mm x 18mm). Although I cannot give many details openly, this project is not dissimilar from Variable Voltage flashlights or an RC car's voltage regulation circuit board. At this time, we have a functional prototype and would like to bring in a more experienced Circuit Board Designer (a finisher) to improve the quality, durability, and reliability of our product. This may grow into subsequent projects for the refinement, integration, and derivative development of our main product line.
