Hi, I have also a mailer app (using Indy) developed that had same issues, I've tried many header combinations and there is no 100% safe solution, it all depends on reliability of your service provided (if you go through smtp server to send mails), filtering engine on recipient side and contents of your mails. There are few things you can do to improve things, and I can help with that but as I said there is no bulletproof solution.
