Research project, VPS providers

I need a list of VPS providers that offer multiple IPs on their cheapest VPS package. I require the following questions answered: 1. Price of VPS 2. RAM of VPS 3. Bandwidth included in plan in GB/mo 4. Number of IPs available 5. Cost per extra IP 6. Whether the IPs can be supplied in separate class C subnets 7. Whether the IPs will be consecutive (we prefer them to NOT be) 8. Whether the VPS comes with full root access 9. Where the VPS is located (I'm only interested in US and UK locations) 10. Length of time in business 11. Creation date of their domain name 12. Google PageRank of their homepage In order to obtain this information you will need a combination of web browsing and contacting VPS provider live support/email support systems. You will rarely get all of the information required from their websites alone. If asked the reasons for requiring extra IPs, then you should state the following: 1. they are for SSL purposes primarily 2. the reason for different subnets and non-consecutive IPs is for SEO purposes 3. we are happy to pay a premium for extra IPs A good knowledge of using Google research techniques and ability to find VPS provider directories is a must for this project.
