Database Development/Web Scraping

I'm looking to build a database of email and telephone contacts with colleges and universities in the United States. This first project will be for the state of Maryland only. If successful, I will give additional private bids for other states. I have already completed Pennsylvania on my own and will be spot checking the work. For each university/college I need the following information: * Name * Physical Address * Web address (URL) * Fall Semester Start Date * Spring Semester Start Date * Orientation Dates In addition, I need the names, emails and phone numbers of the following staff members: * Dean or VP of Students (could also be Student Affairs, Student Life, etc.) * Director, Dean or Assistant Dean of Student Activities (also Student Leadership, Student Life, etc.) * Assistant Directors or coordinators of Student Activities or Student Life * Director and Assistant Director (or Dean) or Residence Life * Director of Career Center * Athletic Director * Director or coordinator of Greek Life * Director/Dean/Coordinator of Orientation and/or First Year Experience * Email for the student activity board or council (if it exists) This information is readily available on college/university web sites, but it is often in a different location or format for each institution. Sometimes the information is on a department page, other times you can find it in the directory. I will check work and expect 85% or higher accuracy in this project. It is **not ok** to list the department phone number or email (except for the Student Activity Board/Council). I need actual names and personal emails. Solid English skills are useful as some of these staff members rename their positions to various things and it's hard to figure out. I will provide a web site that lists the name of every institution. You only need to complete for 2-year and 4-year institutions offering degree programs and having more than 500 students.
