Pablo M. Made is a Hydraulic Engineer with more than 17 years in Mining, Dams and Hydroelectric Projects. Due to his extensive experience working on site for different great Projects, as a senior Engineer and Project Manager, he fully understands the construction works dynamics and its implications, developing engineering projects that consider and integrate all of this essential issues. As Engineering and Construction Technical Manager he has managed work teams and Projects in all of their stages: proposals, feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed engineering, planning and cost estimation, construction, control (CQA/QC) and monitoring, and environmental and permitting issues. Pablo has a very high Geotechnical and Hydraulic expertise level, having worked in Dams Instrumentation, Auscultation and geotechnical and hydraulic designs and risk assessment.
In his wide professional experience he has worked for projects in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay, covering different roles and project matters, in site and from the office.
