Remittance Exchange Odoo

Create a remittance module in Odoo, no down payments will be released , pay by milestone each form will be tested and confirm before release milestone payment. Details -Cashier and currency exchange - Cashier Opening Balance: Entering Cashier stock of currencies used for one time when system start working. This step is mandatory for each cashier in the system. Type ICANDOIT on your replay to understand that you read details. -Issuing currency: Transfer currency from cashier stock to another cashier in same branch -Cashier Issue All Currencies -Issue Currency to branch -Forex This screen is used to sell and buy multiple currencies against local currency and after doing the transaction customer or cashier can cancel the transaction on the same day only. The payment mode of this transaction can be cash or cheque. -Forex on Account: This screen is used to make buy/sell currency on account for specific corporate. -Daily Receipt This screen use to receive money from customers for services like outgoing transfer, DD… etc. Cashier can receive: • Cash • Cheque: needs approval from back office to accept the cheque before submitting. • On Account Each received voucher should be linked with service, and customer uses cheque for payment all new transactions related with customer will be pending after cheque collected, if there a setting to release transaction before clearing cheque. -Daily Payment After back office staff creates payment order (Inward TT, Inward Product payment) it should be paid to customer or organization in the following modes: • Cash • Cheque • Credit customer account Each payment voucher should be linked with service. type STILLCANDOIT in your replay in second line -Cheque Collection - Payment Voucher Back office can make a payment voucher to be paid by cashier or in back office; there are 3 type of payment: 1. General Payment. 2. Bank Deposit (Customer Chq). Only after approval the payment can be done and base on the type it will affect the accounts -Receipt Voucher Cashier Reports: • Daily Cash Report. • Daily Cash Report for All Cashiers. • Cashier Transactions List. • Currency Stock All Cashiers. • Cashier Currency Status. • Branch Currency Status. • Issue all currencies report. • CB Forex Summary and Details Report. • Forex Above limits report.
