If sold before 2008 add the adresses to the spreadsheet . If sold after get 2008 rid of them. If you cant find a last sold add it to the list anyway . Make sure they are only single family 2. Find first name and last name Use [login to view URL]( you will need to create 7 day free trial) If the name is a llc,corp,bank,county of,properties get rid of the adress 3. Go to [login to view URL] and find the owners number.& email addresses Only put numbers in if you click on the number and it matches the current owners name . If no wireless numbers match or its just landlines or theres no number at all at the a separate number not found spreadsheet .
