Data Optimisation/Data Analysis Project - Excel Solver --Urgent

We have a spreadsheet that needs to be optimised and verified for the best solution, possibly using Excel Solver. Please see the attached for reference, there are 10 input variables (Rows 2-11) and 10 output variables (Rows 138-147). The input is subjected to 1 initial Vlookup (Rows 37-51) and 3 Multiplier matrices (Rows 66-75, 90-99 & 114-123). Our aim is to adjust the Multiplers (Highlighted in Yellow) and format of the formulas/workings to have very minimal difference in each output case when compared to the Comparison results (Rows 138-147 & 162-171). Target is for Rows 174-180 & 183 to be closest to 0, and Rows 181-182 closest to 4. One solution is required for all test cases (Columns C-K). Once completed, Columns L & M will be tested. Each variable impacts on the output differently, and there are matrices in separate sheets that determine each factor. You may be required to edit formulas, multipliers, structure of calculations and matrices. A high level of experience in Excel and Data Analysis is favored.
