I am looking for someone to help me with invited to a social media conference tour as well as assist me as I am running many projects and need help staying organized for my clients. I need someone that is able to do the following tasks: - Find attendees and send e-mails weekly - Find venues for the event - Enter expenses in the Excel sheet - Enter ticket sales - Weekly 30min- 1 hour meetings - Outreach to influencers and Bloggers - Help with Travel plans - Confirm venues, food, and other preparations for events - Edit proposals, contracts, and any other written pieces - Go over analytics for Business #3 - Spreadsheet management assistance - Calander assistance for meetings - Good at organization - English speaker - Experience event planning If you can let me know your experience related to the project that would be appreciated. This project is looking for someone for long term if the project goes well.
