I have 2 requirements related to HP- ALM. Both of them have to be implemented using excel macros. (Application Life Cycle Management. It is a Quality Management tool where Testers can create test cases and execute) Requirement 1- Map test cases with respective requirements in ALM Populate the test cases in an excel sheet (macro) against their requirements. When user clicks on the Upload button of the macro, requirements should get created in Requirements Tab/section of ALM and Test cases should get created in Test Plan of ALM. Also, test cases should map with respective requirements in ALM automatically. Now, the test cases being available in Test Plan, should be pulled to Test Lab automatically. Requirement 2: Upload evidence documents to respective test cases in ALM User will capture evidences and document them (as word files). These evidences will be saved in a local folder. Using a macro, the documents should get uploaded to ALM and attach to respective test cases.

I used Excel Macro with VB database more than 10 years for all statistics and graphics also for quality control and QA. Also for daily, Monthly and Yearly statistics.
