We're looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help our small law firm. Role includes • Word processing (including typing up handwritten and verbal notes), amending existing documents, creating new documents • Data entry • Creating proposals and engagement letters using Proposify • Diary management using Google Calendar (scheduling meetings, booking meeting room, sending, accepting and updating calendar invitations) • Client and file set-up and management (using Harvest and Hubspot) • Managing social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) • Event management • General research • General admin assistance • Initially 10 hours per week and scope to move to 40 hours per week Must have skills: • Excellent written and spoken English Excellent proficiency in Word (min 60wpm, using Styles, auto-numbering etc) • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent telephone manner • Very good proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint • Personable • Trustworthy and reliable • Initiative • A team player • Good communication skills Advantageous to have but not mandatory: • Event management experience • Project management experience • Experience using: Basecamp, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Wordpress, Proposify, Harvest • Experience using or working with Apple

Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA, which is among top 50 Universities of the world. After my education, I worked in the field on different positions. I have lot of experience of working as a Virtual Assistant doing Word Processing, admin assistance, research, diary management, event management, social media management ..etc. I can work in USD 10/hr. My IT skills are quite decent. Nevertheless, if anything needs to be learned then I can do that in no time. As for my internet connection, I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. I also have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can be connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day on email and Skype, without interruptions.
