Facebook and Google+ posting assistant

READ CAREFULLY: This job is about posting pic or video links from a free image/video host to 210 facebook groups per week, and 160 google+ communities per week. You are provided with 2 files showing all the 210 facebook groups to target (the groups highlighted in green only), and the 160 google+ communities to target (highlighted in green only). [login to view URL] is where you copy the links to paste on the groups/communities. The job involves posting to ~30 facebook groups a day, and to ~22 google+ communities a day, 7 days a week. every week of the month. Note: You don´t need to look for groups or communities on your own, just target the ones indicated in the documents. Note 2: you can work from my fb and google+ account, or from yours. Long term relationship is wanted. Please place your bid per month. You need to be familiar with google+ and facebook daily posting limitations to avoid getting banned. Check attachment to see urls.
