Actionscript3 handling Audio capabilities in Flash10

I want to make video(flv) and audio player were several audio files can be aligned to synch/cue points in the video material. Much like a very basic audio/sequencer program like cubase/logic. I upload a videofile in quicktime, the file gets converted automatically to flv and then I can upload one or several audio files and align them on different tracks/layers to the video.I can mute tracks, drag the soundfiles on them to left or right (within certain boundaries) and then play the whole thing with a mix of the layers/tracks. can also set volume of the tracks. It´s supposed to work for Flash Player 10
