Need expert in Actionscript for a Flash-generator

Hi, I need a Flash-generator published on a web-site who can make a swf-file from one template. We need the possibility to upload three pictures and be able to place them as the user wish inside their template-frames. I also need to fill three textboxes with different text - need ability to choose fontsize and color. The user will see his changes live when updating the generator. When the user is ready with editing he will receive the swf-file on his e-mail, this e-mail also have to be sendt to a second address as blindcopy. I will use the Flash-generator inside a Joomla-site and users of the Flash-generator have to be registered users. When they log in the system knows their e-mail and it will be lovely if the Flash-generator automaticly sent the swf to the logged in users e-mail. I will provide you with the template-design (.fla)
