Hi Shawn, Firstly, $500 is not the correct upper limit for this Project at all. Ecommerce sites involve a lot of things and I am sure you are aware of this, I would say a right cost for this is $1500-2000. We assure of a high quality , feature rich ecommerce website but not in the proce range you suggested. If you change your mind on this, pls let me know. Thanks.

What I am actually offering is a bid of $0 (or in my case £0 - we Brits are always entrepreneurs). Why? How? Because I have all the tools and code pre-written (my own copyright), and I modify it to your requirements. The $100 actually covers the costs of the odd bits of ancillary software you will need to pay for. What I do is provide the HTML/ASP code, database, arrange the shopping basket and payment procesisng. You pay me an agreed commission on the turnover. And that we agree before the bid is formalised, so please come back to me as soon as you can. This code works for ANY straightforward web shop in some twenty different languages and virtually any currency. You will need the following tools - NetOp host (so I can access your system), a decent FTP of some description (Navigator costs just $20), a merchant services account with a bank (or PayPal), an AVS system for validating credit cards if not using PayPal, and a guarantee to me of solid virus / spyware protection on your system. I will need sight of a few sample lines of the database of products but little else. I will convert it to the appropriate medium. The only thing I don't do is Flash, but frankly I think it is over-rated. You get an experienced multi-lingual web preogrammer who earns his money based on our joint success in the venture. So, there you have it - effectively a free e-commerce website in return for a small percentage on the take. Not bad eh?
